1. About HotelHolds
HotelHolds is operated by Nad & S Co LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan WY 82801, USA. Contact: info@hotelholds.com.
2. What we provide
For a flat fee of USD $10 per document, HotelHolds issues a verified reservation-hold confirmation PDF for the hotel and dates you specify. The document is intended for use as accommodation proof for visa applications, immigration, and travel planning.
3. What we do not do
HotelHolds does not process final payment for your hotel stay and does not act as the merchant of record for the accommodation. Payment for the actual stay is your responsibility and is made directly to the hotel no later than 3 days before check-in.
4. Fees and refunds
The USD $10 fee is charged at checkout via Square. Because the document is issued instantly and delivered digitally, the fee is non-refundable once the PDF has been generated, except where required by law or where the hold cannot be issued.
5. Currency
Our base currency is USD. Prices displayed in other currencies are indicative conversions; the actual charge processed by Square may be in USD or your local currency depending on your card issuer and location.
6. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the hotel, dates, and guest details you submit. HotelHolds cannot be held liable for a document rejected by any third party due to information you supplied incorrectly.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use HotelHolds only for lawful purposes and not to submit fraudulent or misleading information. We may refuse or cancel any hold at our discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nad & S Co LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of HotelHolds is limited to the fee paid for the document in question.
