Refund Policy

The USD $10 fee covers the instant generation and delivery of your hotel hold confirmation PDF. Because the document is digital and issued immediately, the fee is non-refundable once the PDF has been generated.

If the hold cannot be issued for any reason, or if you were charged in error, we will refund the fee in full. Email info@hotelholds.com quoting your confirmation number and we will respond within two business days.

The USD $10 fee is separate from the cost of the hotel stay itself, which is paid directly to the accommodation no later than 3 days before check-in.
