To issue your hotel hold document we collect the guest name, contact email, phone (optional), the hotel and address, dates, room type, and payment information processed by Square. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to generate the confirmation document, deliver it by email, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share payment data with Square as our payment processor and, only when required by law, with authorities. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed for legal, accounting and support purposes, then delete them.
